As the owner of a podcast, accomplished speaker, four-time author, purpose life coach, teen mentor, and travel agent, Chaniera's mission revolves around empowering others and sharing her truth to make a meaningful impact. She’s passionate about helping business women who are entrepreneurs, juggling the work- life balance effortlessly with her purpose pushing techniques with a foundation of keeping self-love first . Her passion and now career was created from her own struggles of being a single mother juggling being the provider, a business owner,  a mother and still making time to create a space for self love . Chaniera takes pride in striving to not only impact her community but the nations, which is why she started the podcast Uncommon Women.

Jenni Lee, a mother of 2 young adults who are my everything and who are my biggest supporters. I consider myself to be God made not self-made. I say that because the day I gave my life to Christ was the day. I began to live and walk in my full purpose. I love loving on people living my passion as a nurses aide. My journey has given me the opportunity to work with people of all walks of life including the elderly who has the most wisdom. During my free time I enjoy doing makeup and working on my business  Jenni’s Glory Graphics where I help grow other business through social media platforms .
